you Will Pay for Excess Weight

How much weight is too much?
Answer depends of 3 things:

  1. How tall are you? Your acceptable weight depends on your height. This number (BMl or Body mass index) is generally a good indicator of excess weight. Normal BMI is a numbers in-between 19 and 25.
  2. What is your belt size? (True circumference of your waist) also is a simple and important sign of belly fat. Mates belt size should be <40 inches and of females <35 inches.
  3. Other medical problems? Your weight must be looked at considering other medical problems you might already have such as heart attack, diabetes, cancer, etc.
  4. What is your activity level? At all weight levels activity helps lower the medical risk. You must call your doctor before starting an exercise plan.

Being over weight is how common?
Two out every 3 Americans (66 %) are over weight men more often than women.

Why is it important to lose excess weight?
Carrying this extra weight puts you at higher risk of developing heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and cancer. Losing this weight in persons with excess weight helps lower:
• High blood pressure $105 cost of three medication per month
• High cholesterol $75 cost of 1 medication per month
• High blood sugar $156 cost of 3 medication per month

How fast can I lose weight?
Generally about 1 to 2 pounds per week weight loss is considered to be medically safe. First see how many calories you NEED every day; [et's say 2000 calories for example. Eat 1500 calories a day. That would be 500 calories less than what you NEEDED for this example. This will add up to 3500 calories over 7 days and you just lost 1 pound without effort.

Remember:

  1. lt is very difficult to lose weight by exercise alone.
  2. lt is how much you eat. 1500 calories by ice cream or by salad mean 1500 calories to your body.
  3. Your weight is like a bank account, how much in and how much out determines how much [left behind.
  4. Food is not for entertainment.
  5. Unlike plants we do not make food in our body, it has to be eaten. There is no conspiracy.
  6. You have to walk 35 mites to lose 1 pound of fat. lt is easier to "SAY NO TO FOOD."
  7. Once you decide to watch your calories you will automatically eat foods that are high in bulk and less in calories per bite.
  8. Each fruit is about 80 calories, generally speaking


Bottom Line:
DON'T TRY TO LOSE WEIGHT - TRY TO EATING FEWER CALORIES .
